CRYSTAL CLEAR TONE
This is our original and most popular wiring harness for Precision bass. Just like the originals but will all of our Obsidian tweaks for smoother volume and tone controls and crystal clear clarity.
To make your tone crystal clear at lower volumes we also include an Obsidian Custom Spec Treble Bleed Mod. This prevents tone 'muddiness' at low volumes by allowing high frequencies to pass along a separate path to your amp, rather than being stopped short by the increasing resistance at the volume control.

This P Bass wiring kit sounds great. I like the treble bleed too. Warmer sounding than my old wiring. The pots on my P Bass were getting very scratchy and this was a great solution. Easy to install, no soldering, and its super tidy in the control cavity. The ground wire of my Bartolini pickup is a braided wire, so I had to tin it with solder to get it into the spring clip. Great service from Tone Lounge, ordered one day, got it the next. Thanks!
