  I got these valves for a Peavey classic 30 watt. It previously had JJ tubes. Two of these were in very bad condition, would red plate as soon as the amp was turned on. I got a new matched set of 4 here, and I modded the amp, adding 33 ohm cathode resistors to all tubes. The amp powered up fine, so gave it back to the client. So far, so good!
