At Tone Lounge we are glad to be able to offer a free shipping service on all New Zealand orders over $50. We keep all of our products in stock and ship using Courier Post for a targeted 1 - 3 working day delivery.

All of our services are tracked.

Australia

We are able to ship direct to you in Australia using a New Zealand Post Economy Courier or Express Courier option. All prices are exclusive of any Australian GST or clearance charges, which will be payable direct to the relevant authorities in Australia. Transit times and costs can be calculated at checkout.

Packaging

 

When you place an order at ToneLounge you can rest-assured that your item will be carefully packed to ensure that it will arrive in perfect condition. 

Wherever possible, we also use compostable, or re-used packaging. It may look a little ugly, but we are proud to be doing our part to reduce our impact on the natural environment.

Returns

If any product that you purchase is not quite what you were after, please let us know within 7 working days of delivery, and return it in new condition along with its factory packaging. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for the cost of the item.Please take extreme care with the product as any damage to the product, packaging or accessories will be deducted from the amount that we are able to credit back to you.

•    Please send goods back within 7 days of receiving them
•    Please send the product and packaging back in brand new condition
•    Please send on a tracked service for your peace of mind and ours
•    Please contact us to let us know it is on the way (do this below)
•    If the goods or packaging come back with wear and tear, our costs will be deducted from your refund.
