Comparing a worn out tube that is out of speck to a new tube is kind of unfair. That being said replacing the power tube brought a lot of the sound back that had become just Nasty to like when it was new! This was part of a compleat retube and when I replaced the preamp tubes with a pair that had a lower gain this amplifier relay ticks all of the boxes again it is even quit a bit quieter when idling. Really impressed with the super quick shipping time, I ordered them and in no time they where on my doorstep!
